Paper Hanger

This is a spread from the altered book I made for mewithoutYou. I illustrated each track of their album "Catch for Us The Foxes"; this is "Paper Hanger". I'm not really pleased with this one. The lyric illustrated is "and not one motion her gesture could I forget, the prettiest bag lady I'd ever met, pushing her cart in the rain, and gathering plastic and glass she watched the day pass, not hour by hour, but pain by pain."
The other lyric written is, "I was dead then alive, she was like wine turned to water then turned back to wine, you can pour us out we won't mind."
